Beta/Test Phase Notice

THE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY IN A BETA/TEST PHASE. By using the Service during this period, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The Service is provided for evaluation and testing purposes only. It is not intended for production use with critical business data or operations.
  • Features may be incomplete, experimental, unstable, or may not function as intended. The Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could affect performance or data integrity.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Service at any time without prior notice during the test phase.
  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE PRESERVATION, SECURITY, OR INTEGRITY OF ANY DATA ENTERED INTO THE SERVICE DURING THE TEST PHASE. Your data may be deleted, lost, corrupted, or reset at any time without notice.
  • We are under no obligation to maintain backups of your data or to recover lost data during the test phase.
  • The test phase may be terminated at any time at our sole discretion. Upon termination of the test phase, your access to the Service may be suspended, and all data may be deleted without notice.
  • No service level agreements (SLAs), uptime guarantees, or support commitments apply during the test phase.
  • We may request feedback, bug reports, or suggestions from you. Any feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR STORING SENSITIVE, CRITICAL, OR IRREPLACEABLE DATA DURING THE TEST PHASE. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND MAINTAINING YOUR OWN BACKUPS OF ANY IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChronOrdo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, managers, and employees who access the platform.

Description of Service

ChronOrdo is a workforce scheduling and management platform that enables organizations to create and manage employee schedules, track time-off requests, manage absences, and facilitate shift replacements. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may include various features depending on your subscription plan.

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account or be invited by your organization's administrator. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with others.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or any part of the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written consent.

User Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Data does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Payment Terms

If your use of the Service requires payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

Service Availability

Termination

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRONORDO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChronOrdo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChronOrdo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
